Toothill Farm, later known as Kiln Farm, was a farm on the Romsey Estates; it was later incorporated into the Chilworth Estate. It comprised 180 acres in 1819; 65 acres in 1913. It was sold at auction in 1953 as Lot 38[1].

It was surveyed by John Whitcher in 1819.

North Field, Scrag Field, and South Field were later developed in the 20th century, and form part of modern North Baddesley village.
