Common Barn Farm was a farm at North Stoneham Park on the Stoneham Estate. There was originally no farmhouse, but the cottage at Hicknor Hill was sometimes attached to it. Later there was a brick and slated bungalow. It was sold at auction in 1953 as Lot 8[1].
