Start with a definition

Begin each new article with a definition of what the article subject is. Ideally, this definition will explain why the subject is relevant to, or connected with, the Fleming Estate.

Middle Stoneham, also known as plain Middle, or Middle Street, was a scattered village at North Stoneham on the Stoneham Estate, and is often described as 'North Stoneham village', although there was no village of that name.
James Hutchings (b.abt.1814) was landlord of the Fleming Arms Inn at Binstead, as well as being a prolific builder on the Estate at Binstead and Wootton Bridge, and lessee of the Ashlake Brickyard.

Put the article subject in bold text, together with any variations of name.
