BENEVOLENCE.- John Fleming Esq. one of our County Members, has this week made an abatement of 10 per cent on the tithes in the parish of Romsey Extra, and has besides most generously submitted the question to the decision of Messrs. Barnes and Walmsly, land surveyors, of Andover, whether a further reduction should not be made in order to meet the low prices of agricultural produce.
