Abstract/description
Lease for 10 years at £25 rent: the poor house, with fuel house and strip of land adjoining, in North Stoneham, 10 Oct 1823; with cancelled bond, 1800; receipt for the principal, 1823. 1800-1823. i) John Fleming of Stoneham Park, MP. ii) The Churchwardens and overseers of North Stoneham. Recital of loan of £370 for building poor house (in c1800), and of payment of the principal by John Fleming.
