Marriage settlement in consideration of £10,000 portion provided for Ann Crowley on her intended marriage with Richard Fleming: appointment to trustees to secure a widow's jointure and provision for children. 30 June 1714. i) Richard Fleming of North Stoneham, esq ii) Dame Mary CROWLEY of London, widow; John CROWLEY of East Greenwich; Ann CROWLEY; James HALLETT of Hatton Garden, Middlesex iii) Edward FOYLE of Somerford Keynes, Wiltshire, esq; William WHITEAR of Tangmere, Sussex, clerk.
