ROBBERY.- This afternoon, Saturday, 12th July, 1823, as a man named Wright, in the service of Mr. Thompson[2] at Red Lodge, near Southampton, was returning with a horse and cart from our market on his way home, he was robbed of his watch and money, and cruelly beaten by two men, near Mr. Fleming's summer house[3].
