Abstract/description

Settlement to several uses, to secure annuities, to provide for use of the surname and arms of Fleming etc (2 leases and a release): North Stoneham, Romsey and Isle of Wight estates (schedules summarily), Chilworth Estate (scheduled in detail), South Stoneham properties (scheduled in detail), and other properties (scheduled in detail). 27-28 Feb 1837. i) John Fleming of Stoneham Park, esq ii) John Brown Willis Fleming his son and heir iii) William Bigoe BUCHANAN of Shannon Grove, Kings County, Ireland; Lewis William Buck of Moreton, Devon iv) Henry Metcalfe WARDLE of Highfield, Southampton; Edwin Godden JONES[2] of Swaythling.
