Underwood Farm, or Underwoods, was a farm on the Stoneham Estate, named after the Underwood family. It might be synonymous with West's Bargain. In 1837 it comprised 47 acres.

It was surveyed by John Whitcher in 1818. The estate cottages at Underwoods were nos. 73, 74, 75, 76, and 77.
