Gawn's was a house with land and a boathouse at Fish House on the Quarr Abbey Isle of Wight Estates. It was leased to James & Daniel List in the early 19th century and in turn, almost certainly, rented to Daniel Gawn.

Daniel Gawn (ob.1852) was a boat builder. In his will, he left the remainder of his tenancy to Daniel Young.
