Northend (or North End) was a scattered hamlet and group of farms at North Stoneham on the Stoneham Estate.

North End Farms

Northend Farm was divided into some four sub-farms; these, together with Home Farm, Yew Tree Farm, and Common Barn Farm, were collectively known as the North End Farms.
