Stoneham Estate Cottages Nos. 37-38 was a pair of cottages at Spring Lane, Middle Stoneham on the Stoneham Estate. The cottages were nos. 188 & 189 on the Estate Plan.

They were destroyed by fire in 1913. Cottage 38 was rebuilt and called the White Cottage; at the same time as a duplicate, the White Cottage at North Stoneham Park.
